We truly believe that everyone's inner beauty is what counts most. As primary care practitioners, we aim to provide healthcare guidance with an integrative approach. We know that living well comes with physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual balance.
Our practice style is grounded in evidence, you're in charge, we help guide you with the science. The art of our practice is how it fits you, your lifestyle and your beliefs. We can't make it fit, you have to embrace it and we enjoy participating in the journey.
We chose to integrate aesthetics into our practice after years of discussion with colleagues, patients, friends, family, and most of all scientific review. Plus we've done our own "field research" in with various treatments and procedures. We believe in being our "own guinea pigs". Our consultations include a review of your general state of health, what kinds of expectations you have with using aesthetics work and how we can help you.
We will also refer you to specialists who might be able to offer you want we cannot. We like to think we're darn good at most things, but we're not perfect and we'll admit when we think we can't help you. We have a wide network of colleagues who we try to match you with when we can't offer you exactly what you're looking for. Our goal is always your satisfaction but most of all we keep your safety and well-being at the top of our plan.
Tom’s career pathway has been varied exciting. Having worked in a diversity of settings, he embraces patients from all walks of life. He has worked in San Francisco General Hospital’s Trauma Unit and witnessed many disfiguring accidents. He’s also worked in the HIV crisis and with oncology patients, making him very aware of how devastating an illness can be on a person’s self-esteem. As he often says, “the science helps us guide our patients to various treatment options but it’s the art of what we do that helps us to find the right fit.” We never try to “force a procedure on a client,” and if we don’t have the expertise, we’ll refer you to our network of friends and colleagues. He opened N2Y as a way to bridge his primary care practice and aesthetics. He is an avid animal lover and has a collection of dogs, cats, parakeets, guinea pigs and fish tanks.

Being a self-described wall flower, Sue is often encouraged by her teammates to start living out loud and she is our proverbial champion in reaching out to patients no matter what aesthetic procedures they might be exploring
